Every year Getxo runs the International Festival of Jazz in summer. If you go there those days, not only will enjoy the best world jazz musicians, but will be delighted with the finest food of the vasc gastronomy. Last week my grup a capella cOda was performing there, and after the concert was invited for a nice dinner at the restaurant Ugartena, placed in a historical building from 1850, in la Calle Caridad near Plaza de Tellagorri en Algorta. It was magic. We enjoyed the traditional specialities of fish and tender meats, like rodaballo or chuleton a la brasa . And for the wine…. I simply have no words to describe !It certainly was the best end for a day full of emotions. And YES we deserved it ! Certainly A must go place !
