Casa Ruche is a traditional restaurant where you’ll find dishes and specialties from the area. They have tables outside, overlooking the stunning nature surrounding Plan, the small village where this restaurant is located. Inside, 2 separated rooms, one more informal, like a bar, and the other one perfect for lunch and dinner. They serve menu and carte. Not expensive.
I tried the menu (12,50 Euros). “Pencas” with ham and almonds as starter and braised veal with potatoes as main dish. Fresh cheese with honey and nuts for dessert. Everything very well accompanied by a Somontano red wine called Viñas del Vero.
